The capacity of the small hall varies from 50 close seated to 40 seated at tables. Either side of the fireplace are ‘pew’ style benches, the original reason for these is unknown. There was a billiard table in the hall and maybe the benches used to run down the entire length of the hall for the players and audience. The hall which is approximately 5 m wide and 9.5 m long, has a large closed off fireplace, an entrance lobby/cloakroom, kitchen & toilet. The kitchen is opposite the main entrance and has basic tea/coffee facilities. Lighting is provided by fluorescent tube style lights. The toilet is in the passageway to the left of the kitchen and heating for the room is supplied by 4 gas fires.
