Regular weekly booking - £10 per hour
A one date only/occassional booking - £15 per hour
There is a damage deposit required of £125. This should be paid by cheque and will be returned or destroyed (if not required) after the hire.
160 people are the maximum number of people to use the hall at one time, although if the function is a seated meal then 90 is the maximum that can be seated comfortably.
There is no smoking allowed on the premises at any time.
The hall does not have a licence to sell alcohol, but it can be served free of charge with a meal. If alcohol is to be sold the hirer has to arrange their own licence.
Included in the hire is:
The main hall.
A fully equipped kitchen: cooker, fridge freezer, crockery and cutlery.
Toilet facilities, including a disabled cubicle.
All heating and lighting, although if either is left on after the hirer has left the building, then some of the damage deposit will be taken for excess expense.
We provide all cleaning equipment, so the hirer can leave the premises, as they would wish to find them.
All rubbish is to be taken away from the premises, failure to remove it, will result in £25 being taken from the damage deposit, no matter how much is left.
